She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma in 2024 and is a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing under supervision toward independent licensure, as well as a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). With over a decade of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Laura has built a career around supporting neurodivergent clients and their families across the lifespan, from young children through adults. That focus was shaped in part by her participation in the LEND program during graduate school, specialized training in leadership within neurodevelopmental and related disabilities.

Benjamin Siess LPC

Benjamin Siess is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. He has experience treating anxiety, trauma, anger, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Benjamin primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating mindfulness and evidence-based approaches to help clients develop greater flexibility and live in closer alignment with what matters most to them. In session, he aims to slow things down just enough to understand what your thoughts and emotions are trying to tell you, not to obey them, but to relate to them differently. Together, you'll identify patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical ways of responding that create more steadiness, connection, and meaning. Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about helping you see yourself more clearly and respond with greater freedom and intention.

She is committed to ongoing professional development and continually expanding her therapeutic toolkit with effective, evidence- based techniques to help children, adults, and families. She brings empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity to every session, supporting clients as they grow and create meaningful change.
